In the course of sampling our mature spirits, sometimes there are barrels that stand out. Our Founders, Thomas and Kim Bard, set these barrels aside, experimenting with different combinations, until they create a unique spirit that holds true to the flavor, feel, and finish that you expect from Cinder & Smoke.
Each very small batch of Cinder & Smoke Founder’s Select consists of only three barrels of mature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The spirit in each bottle was selected, blended, bottled, labeled, and signed by our founders, a true testament to the care and detail that you expect from a craft bourbon.
