Our Founders, Thomas and Kim Bard, set these barrels aside, experimenting with different combinations, until they create a unique spirit that holds true to the flavor, feel, and finish that you expect from Cinder & Smoke.
Each very small batch of Cinder & Smoke Founder’s Select consists of only three barrels of mature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The spirit in each bottle was selected, blended, bottled, labeled, and signed by our founders, a true testament to the care and detail that you expect from a craft bourbon.
